We are hiring for our client a leading construction company operating across the UK and Ireland to appoint an experienced Bid Manager. The Role
Monitor procurement portals and identify new opportunities.
Lead preparation coordination and submission of bids and tenders.
Write and tailor internal CVs case studies and capability documents.
Maintain a central bid library and templates.
Support wider business development and growth strategies.
Establish best practice in bid management.
Build and lead a dedicated bids team over time.
The Person
Proven experience managing bids within the civil engineering or construction sector ideally in a contractor environment.
Excellent writing editing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Confident working independently and collaboratively with senior colleagues.
Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for supporting business development.
Ambition and adaptability to grow alongside the business.
