Territory Marketing action plan
- Map the territory Where to play (distribution) in order to generate the most value for the territories
- Target and refine the How to Win (customer segments) in alignment Regions tactic plans
- Orchestrate the Customer Experience based on the Region recommendations & assets
- Steer the marketing plans financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Analyze and recommend potential local strategic partnership according to the Where to Play and How to Win for growth opportunities
Offer Portfolio steering
- Balance all the actions required by the Region and prioritize in order to maximize the territory value contribution
- Ensure the portfolio steering of all offers (product & Service)
- On existing offers perform appropriate profitability analyses and make corrective/optimization recommendations to support short- and mid-term economic performance according to the Region guidelines
- Challenge the business cases for current and future offers and make optimization recommendations based on territory diagnosis
Managerial performance and other expected achievements
- Monitor the overall Territory Marketing resources and budgets.
- Influence inspire and collaborate with Marketing counterparts by providing regular competitive benchmarking customer feedback to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
- Clarify missions expectations and goals of the team; provide ongoing feedback address shortcomings balance the workload and priorities of each individual.
- Liaise with the marketing organizations of newly acquired entities in the Territory and facilitate their integration.
- Empower the teams by delegating authority when appropriate holding them accountable for their decision making.
- Coach the staff develop and supports each individuals career plan and development opportunities.

- Developing marketing plan for an entity or division (Marketing Strategy)
- Operating with minimal direction (Empowerment)
- Managing budgets and deadlines (Revenue & Profitability)
