About the Role
Baptistcare David Buttfield Centre our 105-bed aged care facility located in Gwelup is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
In this rewarding role you will work as part of a supportive and professional clinical team where your contributions will make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians. You will be responsible for planning organising and delivering care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Youll also provide leadership support and guidance to our Care Staff fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment.

AM: 07:00 15:00
PM: 14:30 21:30
ND: 21:15 07:15

About you:
You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a passion for leading and supporting care teams in a residential aged care setting. Ideally you bring at least three years of experience with aged care or community services experience highly regarded. You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners ensuring residents care needs are met in accordance with clinical requirements and individual care plans.
With a strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practice you lead by example and empower others to deliver care that aligns with best practice and scope of practice standards. Youre experienced in developing care plans in consultation with residents families GPs and allied health professionals. You relate to older people with empathy understanding and respect and you bring excellent communication interpersonal and assessment skills to your role.
