What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily projects.
- 5 years of experience in Revit.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience considered).
- Licensed Architect in one of the 50 states (financial support provided for reciprocity in Washington).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp/Enscape or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and industry standards.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulations.
- Review and approve design concepts plans and drawings.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain design integrity.
- Develop project schedules and manage budgets.
- Serve as the main client contact providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
- Stay current on design trends technologies and tools.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage entitlement/permitting processes.
Compensation Package
$130000 - $150000 / year
The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidates experience and the geographical location of this position.
