About the Role
As an intern for sales you will support the operational works including monthly reconciliation sample parts tracking support the GT&C negotiations data analysis and sales reporting.
What You Will Do
- Monthly AR reconciliation: this is to support the AR reconciliation so as to facilitate right invoicing in order to timely collect the AR mainly for SAIC GM
- Sample parts delivery: this is to support the sample parts delivery under a variety of programs which are in development phase mainly for SAIC
- Data analysis: this is about the customer data mining and data analysis to support the sales leader in customer based analytical works
- GT&C negotiation: this is to support sales in document reviewing and preparation when we negotiate with customer the GT&C
What You Need to Be Successful
- Basic analytical skills sense of math
- Demonstrable knowledge of office tools
- Proficiency in English
- Good working altitude
