Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an AR Accountant(应收会计) located in GBS Shenzhen.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the AR Accountant(应收会计) role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Reconcile shipment and issue VAT invoice ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay;
核对出货情况开具增值税发票确保开具增值税发票的及时性以避免托收延误;
Follow company policy to perform AR related entry;
根据公司政策处理应收帐目
Regulaly reconcile customers to confirm the accuracy and timeline of collection.
定期与客户进行账款对账确保应收账款的准确性和及时性处理客户的账款异议
Track customer payment status promptly follow up on overdue accounts.
跟踪客户的付款情况及时催收逾期账款
Prepare weekly and monthly AR analysis report;
准备应收账款周报表和月报表
Perform month-end closing;
负责月结
Other assigned task.

The experience were looking to add to our team:
Bachelor graduate or diploma holder in Accounting / Finance / Business;
本科或以上毕业会计或财务相关背景
Accounts Receivable experience is preferred;
有应收经验优先;
Knowledge in PRC Accounts;Proficiency of PC applications strong PPT & spreadsheet skills;
熟悉中国会计准则; 熟练使用电子表格等电脑应用;
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通能力
