Position Summary:

• Be the face of the hotel - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure

• Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation reservations and dry cleaning

• Assist your Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates

• Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

• Ensure all guests requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner

• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

About You:

• A current drivers license

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
