Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) . As a vital member of our anesthesiology department you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia services to patients. You will be involved in a variety of projects including administering anesthesia during surgical procedures monitoring patients vital signs and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. This position is essential to maintaining high-quality patient care and optimizing surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia before during and after surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Ensure patients are informed and prepared for anesthesia administration.
  • Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients in the recovery room.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Document patient information and anesthesia care accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Valid CRNA certification and state licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Anesthetist in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and handle emergency situations.

Schedule: 8a-5p

Must be board-certified
