Are you passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful opportunities Do you thrive in dynamic international environments and believe in the power of diversity and inclusion If so Elekta invites you to join our Global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist based at Elektas head office in Stockholm Sweden. This is a temporary assignment to cover for one of our colleagues on maternity leave.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist youll be a trusted business partner and subject matter expert guiding and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. Youll ensure a smooth successful and compliant process for all candidates while upholding Elektas values and commitment to being an equal opportunity employer. You will be part of an amazing team and will report to the Director Global Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner and point of contact for hiring managers and candidates assigned job requisitions
  • Guide hiring managers through every step of the recruitment process
  • Drive and maintain a successful compliant recruitment workflow following best practices and Elektas standards
  • Keep job requisitions updated in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Continuously contribute to process improvements and share best practices to optimize recruitment outcomes

What Youll Bring

  • University degree (BSc or higher) in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle talent acquisition in a complex international setting
  • Practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
  • Strong skills in using Copilot 365
  • Excellent communication skillsclear respectful and constructive both verbally and in writing
  • Well-organized with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
