This role involves leading and supporting the team through regular supervision and helping them stay connected with Unitings broader practice and professional development opportunities. Its about creating a strong well-supported team that can deliver high-quality services confidently and consistently.
It also includes managing how the program runs day to day making sure it meets contract requirements and operates efficiently. The goal is to deliver services that offer good value for money while staying aligned with the programs standards and expectations.

Your skills and experience
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Experience delivering children and families services including statutory care and placement programs
- Experience leading coaching and developing staff
- Ability to engage and work effectively with consumers experiencing homelessness in a respectful compassionate and appropriate manner.
