Key Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical installation process across multiple high-value complex projects
- Ensure Health & Safety and governance procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintain quality and progress against tight deadlines and budgets
- Confidently interpret electrical drawings control schematics and MEP documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams contractors and sub-contractors for smooth project delivery
- Oversee and set to work sub-contractors ensuring compliance and sufficient labour levels
- Provide technical support with a professional customer-focused approach
What Youll Bring
- Fully qualified electrician to Level 3
- Site Manager Black Card and SMSTS certification
- Experience managing BMS electrical installation teams in a supervisory or project management role
- Knowledge of BMS system components and installation standards
- Understanding of air hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/control wiring diagrams
- Strong record-keeping reporting and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamworking ability
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to travel across Central London sites
