You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position is responsible for managing/administering projects in NCC including construction for subdivision streets commercial & residential entrances safety permits utility installation industrial street agreements and drainage system installation. Supervision of inspectors to ensure quality of work within ROW; documents quality control prepares inspection reports administer permits/construction agreements; review/approval of cost estimates review of plans and coordination with State offices for compliance. After hours nights and weekends may be required. Plus Hazardous Pay.
