The role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the charity line management of the charitys employees and to work with the trustees to deliver the charitys statement of purpose and implement the charitys strategy.

The job will entail

Leadership operational management governance people management and partnership development.

You will be responsible for

Strategic development leadership of the whole organisation high levels of governance financial management relationship management and line management.

You will need

  • to be educated to A-level standard or equivalent diploma level qualifications

  • to have significant experience of working in the voluntary sector or similar organisation

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • flexibility to meet the needs of the service must be able to travel across Suffolk to be able to attend meetings offsite etc.

SARS is Suffolks Emergency Medical Charity; our volunteer clinicians have treated thousands of patients involved in medical emergencies across Suffolk over the last 53 years and helped save countless lives.
