The DVM Operations Partner will balance clinical practice with operational leadership working alongside talented veterinary teams to elevate patient care and enhance the client experience. This position is designed for either anAssociate Veterinarian seeking regional leadership responsibilities or an experienced DVM looking to expand their impact within a supportive hospital network.
Champion Clinical Excellence
Deliver hands-on clinical care dedicating 75100% of time to patient care.
Mentor and support fellow DVMs including recent graduates in surgery and dentistry.
Provide case consultations and implement improvements to optimize hospital operations.
Build and Engage the Veterinary Community
Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and growth.
Partner with leadership and talent teams on DVM recruitment interviewing and onboarding.
Mentor new graduate veterinarians to support long-term professional success.
Drive Operational Success
Collaborate on efficient scheduling and workflow management.
Review performance data and contribute to budgetary planning.
Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of quality assurance.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
Active veterinary license in the state(s) of assigned hospitals.
35 years of veterinary practice experience.
DEA license registration (as required).
Strong leadership qualities including empathy self-confidence and a collaborative approach.
Willingness to travel regionally (company-paid).
Four-day work week with production potential.
Role designed to be primarily clinical (75100% patient care) with the balance devoted to mentorship recruitment compliance and operational leadership.
