What Idemitsu seeks:

ILA is adding a results-driven Division Manager OES to join our growing team. This leadership role will focus on strategic business development within the OES divisionexpanding established accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities that align with the divisions long-term objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development within the automotive/OES sector. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of cultivating client relationships driving revenue growth and will help position ILA as a trusted provider of lubricants and customer service in the automotive OES market.

What youll be doing (a Day in the Life):

  • Cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with key automotive OES customers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and internal teams to support the achievement of divisional and corporate objectives.

  • Drive growth within the automotive OES segment by developing and executing strategic sales processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports; conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials that support business development initiatives.

  • Lead the implementation of strategic growth initiatives while strengthening customer engagement and satisfaction.

Travel Requirements:

Available for travel across the United States Japan and Canada on a regular basis (50% minimum)

What youll need to be successful:

  • Sales Experience 7-plus years of selling or working at a high-level within the OE space focused on OES

  • Lubrication Knowledge Fundamental understanding of lubricant applications in the automotive OES space.

  • Education Business or related degree or equivalent work experience in the automotive OES industry
