What you bring to SBHG :
Masters degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years experience in a mental health field. Two years experience performing comparable functions in a Medi-Cal Mental Health Services (EPSDT) setting and
Three (3) years direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients; experience with children and adolescents preferred.
One (1) years supervisory experience in an outpatient setting.
CA license appropriate to the profession (RN LCSW MFCC etc.).
Valid CA Drivers license and clear current DMV printout
How you will make a difference:
This positions plans implements monitors and revises the administrative and quality assurance aspect of the Star View Community Services (SVCS) program. S/he has responsibility for overall supervision of all SVCS Quality Assurance staff. Oversees the Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement processes. The Administrative Services Director represents SVCS to county agencies and the community. S/he works in concert to coordinate activities with the SVCS Mental Health staff and Supervisors.
Division/Program Overview:
Community Based programs.
Provides programs for children adolescents and transitional age youth (TAY) with Mental Health services.
An experienced staff of psychiatrists psychologists social workers mental health therapist / Clinician parent partners and other counselors
Provide case management mental health care and a range of support services in schools homes or other community settings.
Partner with family members school administrators and faculty county social workers case managers probation officers and other agencies.
Utilize Evidence Based Practice (EBP) to ensure clients make positive changes in their life.
