We are seeking a motivated and experienced Location Manager to oversee operations at our integrated agricultural facility including a feed mill ag retail store and grain elevator. This position plays a key leadership role in managing daily operations staff customer relationships inventory and compliance.

Manage day-to-day operations of the feed mill retail store and grain elevator
Supervise and support staff across all departments
Oversee grain handling storage shipping and quality control
Ensure accurate and timely mixing and delivery of feed orders
Manage inventory and procurement for feed grain and retail products
Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and ag customers
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and operational regulations
Monitor and report financial performance control costs and drive profitability
Collaborate with senior management on strategy forecasting and improvements

Requirements

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in ag operations or facility management (feed grain or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Working knowledge of feed production grain handling and/or ag retail products
Proficient with computers and inventory systems
CDL or willingness to obtain (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in ag-related field a plus)
