Job Summary
Position Overview
Essential Job Functions
- Be prepared to perform any tasks related to the operation of the company.
- Learn the businesses and product and production workflows.
- Perform all tasks as assigned including but not limited to:
- Taking orders and inputting orders into ERP system.
- Planning daily production batch schedules.
- Counting inventory.
- Cutting vinyl and other materials.
- Packaging according to standard procedures.
- Preparing products for shipping.
- Shipping products.
- Performing product returns process.
- Vendor management and placing orders.
- Learning and operating CNC cutting printing and other equipment
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Motivated energetic and driven work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to multi-task various projects with high level of detail.
- Critical thinking time management and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred but not required
- Must be willing to learn and adhere to standards
Physical Demands
- This position requires walking standing bending twisting and lifting
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions
- Overtime (or ability to work irregular hours) may be required to meet project
