Join Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing Operations Finance and Sales to build a repeatable baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging product readiness ecosystem and sales execution gaps developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
