Job Summary

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district.

The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient and professional manner:

Responsible for sophisticated data collection and dissemination for In Danger of Retention and Tutorial
Assists in assessment to determine placement of students within small groups and tutorials
Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises.
Assists students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activities.

WORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 3.92 hours/day 8:00 a.m. - 11:55 a.m.
BENEFITS: Benefitspackage includes paid sick leave vacation and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:Equivalent to the completionof the twelfth grade; and either an Associates Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; experience workingwith people of various cultures; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable supplemented by courses in childcare supervision psychology or guidance; or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities Bilingual preferred.
