Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and skilled Microsoft SharePoint & Teams Engineer to join our End User Collaboration squad. As part of the End User Tribe within Euroclears Group Technology Services division our mission is to makeEuroclear a great place to workby delivering a digitally enabled unified and cost-effective collaboration space.
This space includes Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams and unified communications (voice & video) alongside legacy tools. The role focuses on supporting and evolving our SharePoint and collaboration platforms to meet business needs securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver subject matter expertise in SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams and M365 collaboration tools.
- Design and implement SharePoint sites agents and governance models.
- Maintain documentation: architecture system configurations governance standards training materials.
- Support 2nd and 3rd level operations including watch duty rotations.
- Stay current with M365 roadmap releases and third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions tribes and squads.
- Contribute to quarterly planning and agile delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams and M365.
- Strong understanding of collaboration governance access rights and automation.
- Experience in highly secured environments with strict process adherence.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related areas are a strong asset.
- Critical thinking problem-solving and risk awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile methodology experience.
- English mandatory Polish is an asset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience with Entra ID Exchange Online Outlook and PowerAutomate.
- Familiarity with tools like Syskit Azure DevOps.
Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.
Please note that in-person presence in the office - at least 8-times per month is required.
