Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Smart Building and BMS projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Drive the integration of Smart Building and MSI solutions into building systems
- Provide technical leadership in system design software configuration and commissioning
- Monitor project progress prepare reports and manage risk across the project lifecycle
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience managing Smart Building BMS or building automation projects
- Strong understanding of Smart Building and BMS architectures control philosophies and integration principles
- In-depth knowledge of MSI roles protocols (BACnet Modbus MQTT) and naming conventions (Project Haystack Brick Schema or client standards)
- Excellent project management ability leading multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
