Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic childrens social work team within its clients Childrens Services department in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with a strong safeguarding background and a passion for driving quality and performance.
What will your responsibilities be
Youll be responsible for managing a team of 7 social workers including 1 Advanced Practitioner within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your leadership will be key in navigating complex safeguarding cases ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
