About this role
Sensitech in Redmond WA is seeking a detail-orientedMachine Operator Ito join our team. This role is responsible for processing work orders and ensuring that injection-molded parts are properly prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe work environment follow established procedures and perform accurate measurements in accordance with work instructions.
This is a 2nd shift onsite role in Redmond WA.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Machines: Clean grinders and other machines to get them ready to start a new job.
- Using Tools: Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks.
- Handling Materials: Keep materials loaded into machines so the machines can keep running.
- Packaging Products: After parts are made package parts after manufacturing according to standard instructions.
- Working with Machines: Operate injection molding machines that mold plastic parts making sure everything runs smoothly and parts are ready to ship.
- Measuring Parts: Check the size and quality of parts using measuring tools.
- Physical Work: Continuous movementlifting bending standing walking and working with small parts.
- Teamwork: Work with other people and follow safety rules.
- Flexible Hours: Sometimes need to work extra hours including weekends or holidays if the business needs it.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum5 monthsof experience operating machinery
- Must be able to pass background check
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting carrying pushing pulling sitting standing walking kneeling squatting bending twisting reaching grasping and handling small objects
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to understand and communicate safety procedures and expectations
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Be able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when business needs

Pay Range:
