Job Description
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-timeOutpatient Therapistto add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Outpatient Program at our Moulton location on the Westside of Evansville. This position will provide clinical assessment crisis intervention and treatment services to adults to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
$3000 Sign-on BONUS offered for this position!!!
(50% paid at 90 days 50% paid at 180 days)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Conduct assessment and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
- Perform diagnostic assessment evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention for all populations.
- Provide individual group conjoint and marital counseling and psychotherapy toadult populations.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Communicate professionally make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
- Meet efficiency standards which include chart management and patient contact standards.
Job Qualifications
WHATS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Applicants must have an active IndianaLSW LCSW LMFT or LMHC licensure.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks fingerprinting CPS check sex offender registry check and drug screen.
