Travel Pay: $3571/week
Schedule:

Mon Wed Fri: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tue Thu: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Family Medicinefor an exciting job in Lexington NE.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care for patients aged 2 (wellness acute chronic care)
Perform exams order/interpret tests and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on prevention and care
Coordinate referrals and follow-ups
Document care accurately
Work in a dispensing health center with support staff and providers

Requirements:

Active FNP or PA license (state compliant)
Recent family medicine experience
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills

Preferred:

Bilingual skills
Community health or primary care experience
