Our Accounting Internposition will introduceyou to our Business Management Trainingprogram whichfully prepares you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation.
A key partner in our organization the Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. Youll enjoy performance-based promotions and big earning potential as you climb the management ladder. Plus youll work with fun people at a industry leader that supports you every step of the way.
The pay for this position is $16 / hr and is an in-person role reporting to our administrative office located at 7111 W. Washington St. Indianapolis IN.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
Starting as anAccounting Intern you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
Work closely with rental branches and other departments
Assist accounting managers with reports etc.
Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
Assist in accounting schedules & filing
Perform miscellaneous administrativeduties as needed

Qualifications
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelors degree program in Accounting or Finance with at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2026 - May 2027
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
- Must be able to work 25 -40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)
- Nodrug oralcohol related convictions on driving recordin past5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May
