Job Summary
The Role
This internship role focuses on the development of a web application offering exposure to C# core REST APIs React and UI testing framework. Additional opportunities may include working with C/C Microsoft Azure and other modern web technologies. Responsibilities involve designing and implementing features collaborating with QA and fellow developers participating in regular team meetings and presenting progress and findings to the broader team.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the web UI of our core application using React integrating with C# Core and web APIs in collaboration with QA and senior developers.
Collaborate on developing features that are released to and used by real-world production systems
Contribute to day-to-day coding debugging testing and team meetings ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with project goals.
Gain exposure to additional technologies such as Microsoft Azure and other modern web tools with opportunities to present progress and findings to the broader team.
Time Commitment:
This internship is a full-time seasonal position that requires significant time commitment and is not typically completed at the same time as college coursework. Our interns are available to work during standard business hours (8:30a 5p Monday Friday) and willing to work extended full-time hours (at least 37.5 hours per week).

Job Knowledge Experience Skills
Job Knowledge Required:
- Pursuing aâbachelorsâor masters degree in computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrated academic and/or professional progress in software development.
- Experience with REST APIs and JavaScript
- Familiarity with C# and/or databases (preferred).
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance independent work with effective teamwork.
- Can complete project deliverables meet deadlines and ensure compliance with quality proceduresâ
- Self-motivated individuals with a sense of intellectual curiosity and a results-oriented work ethic.
Location
Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Chicago IL on a weekly basis but flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $23 - $41 per hour depending on a combination of factors including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications location etc.
