1) SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Overseeing the operations through leadership management mentorship and coaching to a team of construction management professionals to grow the company and personnel to meet planned growth and profit goals for the group all while maintaining the client experience.
2) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Provide executive leadership and support to the group
2. Establish implement and execute group goals
3. Mentor and coach project teams to support their growth in current roles and career goals
4. Develop and maintain positive client relationships
5. Strategic planning to help continue sustainable growth
6. Risk Management Compliance
7. Assist project teams with issues on projects to ensure closure that best benefits the relationship and Bryan Constructions interests
8. Staff resource planning to ensure successful execution on projects.
9. Establish goals for the group that align with the companywide initiatives including but not limited to financial cultural standards operations and processes
10. Establish group profit goals collaboratively with Vice President(s)
11. Financial reporting and interpretation
12. Protect the companys revenue and profit goals by effectively managing pursuits and active projects for the entire life cycle
13. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery client satisfaction safety and financial outcomes
14. Lead and actively participates in Business Development and Proposal efforts
15. Cultivate an extensive network of business relationshipsby collaborating with Business Development personnel within the region or markets assigned
16. Promotes the company at a community levelby engaging in community events conferences and trade associations
17. Create strategic business plans for the group that align with the goals of the company
18. Work collaboratively with the preconstruction team in developing bids/budgets profit strategies and understand the current subcontractor market
19. Work with the proposal department on leading all RFP/RFQ submittals providing the required content assigned to the team and ensuring we are positioning on opportunities with business development
20. Oversee risk management strategies to minimize exposure to liability and financial loss

4) EXPECTATIONS/ABILITIES:
Understanding and knowledge of General and Construction management software computer programs i.e. MS Office Procore Asta Powerproject Sage Accounting etc..
Clear understanding of the entire construction process from preconstruction through closeout.
Cost management forecasting and analysis related to specific jobs and overall budget management and goals for the group.
Understanding of contracts and assisting in contract negotiations for both Owner and Subcontractors.
Travel as needed for projects business development and company meetings at different office locations.
5) REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
4 years Construction Management degree or equivalent
10 years of construction management experience with emphasis on project management preconstruction and operations
6) PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Project management

Operations
Diverse experience in Owner Contract types to include stipulated sum cost plus CMGC and Design Build.
Project type experience: multi-family commercial renovations tenant improvements and ground-up projects of differing types.
Salary Range $150000 to $189000 yearly
