As Senior Studio Coordinator at our Stockholm you will act as the central hub for project intake resource planning and workflow coordination. You will be collaborating with marketing and creative leads to define project scopes timelines and deliverables.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Senior Studio Coordinator youll optimize creative workflows align timelines with business goals and ensure smooth communication across teams. You will report to the Head of Creative Studio. You will play a vital role in supporting studio operations - from scheduling and resourcing to delivery by:
- Managing project traffic timelines and task assignments
- Maintaining a live cross-team project calendar
- Resolving resourcing conflicts and workflow bottlenecks
- Coordinating with creative marketing and other departments
- Implementing tools and processes for efficiency and clarity
- Scheduling proofreading and overseeing final deliveries
- Managing studio files archives and freelance sourcing
- Handling team admin like timesheets holidays and expenses

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Proven background in marketing design and/or working in an agency environment
- Strong project and traffic management skills
- Working experience of project management tools and digital workflows
- Fluent in English
