Job Summary
Build and lead a great sales team through organizing developing motivating and enabling them with the right tools and with real-time feedback. Inspire your teams collaboration and champion a diverse and inclusive Apples go-to-market plan for your RTM by working with your team to decide and coordinate the funding and prioritization of partner activities in market and managing demand generation plans. Work with the team to optimize each partnership to deliver market your RTM business plans by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key partners to bring the best of Apple to your RTM. Work closely with your channel partnersleadership to build and execute business development plans and enable their success by providing programs training and tools to grow their Apple in the details of your RTMs performance and its financials which allows you to drivehigh-quality outcomes. You mobilize resources for growth and delivery to drive sales activityand share status and progress with the partner and relevant Apple teams.
- Experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the
- partnerships are driving top-line revenue growth.
- Experience in leading and managing C-Level relations and engagements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Experience in leading a solutions-selling organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals while creating sustainable value for new customers and demand for the future. Or you bring proven experience leading a Channel sales organization.
