The Role
Otis is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our successful project team based in Hinkley Point.
As Contracts administrator you will be expected to:
- process electronic contract and project documentation (including some technical documentation)
- engage with customer document systems as well as OTIS internal systems
- assist with contractual reporting and communications
- record keeping to ensure documents are updated and up-issued in a timely fashion
To be considered for this role you will have:
- a strong administrative background
- excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- good customer service skills
- strong communication skills
- high literacy and numeracy
