Job Summary
- Studies data sources by interviewing users; defining analyzing and validating data objects; identifying the relationship among data objects.
- Plans data integration process by developing common definitions of sourced data; designing common keys in physical data structure; establishing data integration specifications; examining data applications.
- Examines data models and determines best-fit data interchange methods.
- Assesses middleware tools for data integration transformation and routing.
- Develops project scope and specifications identifying factors that negatively impact integration; forecasts resource requirements and establishes delivery timetables.
- Hands-on development skills in python javascript (ideally ) and relational database (ideally Postgres) are essential for this role. We will consider only those candidates that demonstrate proficiency in these skills.
- Any mobile and/or java development experience is a definite plus
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Mathematics Information Systems Engineering Physical Sciences Life Sciences or closely related field or equivalent related professional experience is required. Additional certifications are preferred.
- Seven or more (7) years of experience in a development role designing and developing integrations to internal and external applications
