We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join World Head Quarters Tax team in May/June 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. sales tax Job Costing Analysis State Reporting and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of State Sales and Use Tax related to Otis Construction Job Costing.
- Preparation of State Tax Affidavits related to Sales and Use Tax.
- Conduct variance analysis of Job Costs to identify Tax adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance or operations is a plus.

Salary range:
The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $22/hr. We may pay more or less than the posted range and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance and business or organizational needs.
