How youll contribute

ASpeech Therapist (SLP)who excels in this role:

• Assesses speech language and swallowing abilities.
• Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provides education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Documents evaluations treatments and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for

Applicants should have amasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and TX State Licensure for SLP and ASHA certification. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

• Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
