We are looking for a Business Analystresponsible for analyzing and optimizing billing customer care and other related processes in a telecommunications company by gathering requirements developing solutions and investigating new business requests. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BSS operations while ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and solutions for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes in the BSS area (billing ordering provisioning etc.);
- Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS OSS and IT systems and processes;
- Develop requirements for BSS/OSS/İT system functionality;
- Prepare business requirements for BSS/OSS/İT solutions within projects;
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements;
- Translate technical language into business language to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions;
- Translate business language into technical language to ensure clear understanding of requirements by technical teams;
- Participate in testing and implementing new features in BSS systems;
- Find solutions to complex business problems related to BSS systems and processes;
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications and BSS field;
- Experience with API;
- Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN UML);
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases;
- Knowledge of BSS system functionality and operation principles;
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
- Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders;
- Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa;
- Ability to investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS systems and processes;
- Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to BSS systems and processes;
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
- Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
