Your mission
In this role you play a crucial role driving marketing strategy to support the strategic plan and transformation efforts. You also lead the development and orchestration of our global brand strategy and customer experience (CX). You have a central role in our shift from product to solution selling and you work in close collaboration with Product and Solutions Management and Sales to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and customer insights.

You also lead the development and implementation of our customer needs framework helping inform strategic decisions across functions. As a leader you guide a team of strategists and planners across global and regional functions foster a culture of innovation and represent the function in executive forums and transformation programs.
The location is flexible between our Sandvik Coromant offices. You report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication.
Your profile
We are looking for a senior leader with extensive experience in brand strategy marketing strategy planning and customer experience at a managerial or executive level forms the foundation of your expertise. You have a solid background of successfully leading transformation initiatives driving CX innovation and building marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Navigating matrix organizations and collaborating across functions and geographies comes naturally to you.
Strong leadership skills and analytical thinking are some of your strengths you know how to turn insights into strategy and action. Communicating with clarity and managing stakeholders effectively are part of your everyday toolkit. You bring a strategic mindset paired with a deep understanding of how to align marketing with business goals and customer needs.
