Job Summary

Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity its mission is to provide games responsibly mitigate gambling-related risks and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.
The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games Casino Games and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.
Position how youll contribute
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Express TypeScript and React.
- Assist in coordination and prioritization to ensure the team is working on the highest-value goals.
- Mentor motivate and highlight performance issues development and standards of our engineers.
- Support team ceremonies. Build strong working relationships with peers and keep a sustainable pace of delivery.
- Hands-on coding: Develop and maintain a high-quality code base consistently delivering challenging stable and maintainable projects on schedule.
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- 5 years of progressive experience in full-stack software development with expertise in and React;
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a development team with responsibility for guiding and directing the work of other developers.
- Ownership of applications end-to-end from specification to coding to deploying running and monitoring in production.
- Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives.
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly considering technical constraints project requirements and business priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the organization.
