Job Description
We are looking for a Functional Analyst Data Hub & Financial Systems to join an international and multicultural team working on cutting-edge data integration initiatives within the financial sector. You will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technological solutions ensuring the effective design documentation and certification of functional components across multiple countries and products.
This can be a 100% remote position (Spain based).
Mandatory skills:
Availability to manage multiple concurrent projects activities and tasks under time constraints.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments supporting cross-country operations.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with problem-solving mindset.
Experience gathering analyzing and documenting functional requirements (JIRA Confluence ILM).
Proven experience certifying software products coordinating integration and testing cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to transfer functional requirements into technological solutions.
Languages:
Spanish C2 (please indicate level under CEFR in the CV).
English C1 (work and meetings are largely in English indicate level under CEFR).
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Good time management and ability to support several projects in parallel.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of corporate and investment banking products (repos FX MM fixed income lending cash management trade finance accounting principles financial reporting).
Experience with project management methodologies (Scrum Kanban Waterfall).
Background or familiarity with:
Cloud computing (Azure AWS Spark).
Software development data science.
Modeling languages advanced Excel.
Strong interest in new technologies and programming languages.
Previous experience working with sensitive data and ensuring confidentiality.
Ability to prepare requirement packages and functional documentation with clarity and structure.
