Teaching Assistant Professor
Research Evaluation Measurement and Statistics
Start Date: Fall 2026
POSITION:The School of Educational Foundations Leadership and Aviation (SEFLA) in the College of Education and Human Sciences (CEHS) at Oklahoma State University (OSU) is seeking highly qualified candidates for a career-track position at the rank of Teaching Assistant Professor in the Research Evaluation Measurement and Statistics (REMS) graduate program with an anticipated start date of August 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will teach graduate courses in educational and psychological statistics measurement and other areas appropriate to the candidates expertise and the programs needs. Additional responsibilities may include contributions to scholarly activity and serving as a resource to the school college university and profession. The teaching load will be 21 credit hours over the nine-month academic year (i.e. seven courses per academic year).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include an earned doctorate in a quantitative methods discipline with a strong emphasis on methodological research (e.g. simulation work) potential for excellence in teaching and a record of scholarly productivity commensurate with the candidates level of experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary will be commensurate with education experience and qualifications and contingent upon available funding. Benefits include comprehensive medical and retirement plans.
