We are recruiting on behalf of our client a well-established business located in Cookstown Industrial Estate for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment managing client queries and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls emails and queries from customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products services and orders.
Log track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and problem resolution.
Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
Support the wider team with administrative and service-related tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service call centre or office-based support role.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems desirable).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
