Job Description

A Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer at their Wellingborough site.

The successful Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimising ERP systems reducing lead times and increasing warehouse efficiency at their Wellingborough facility.

The Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be proficient with ERP systems within a Manufacturing environment ideally in a role that focuses on supply chain / data management.

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Package:

Up to 60000 basic salary

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

Drive the move towards automated ordering and replenishment processes cutting lead times and minimising staff intervention.
Oversee the integrity of ERP data ensuring consistency and reliability across all departments.
Roll out Microsoft 365 across the UK operations embedding best practice in everyday workflows.
Deliver analysis of sales stock and production data turning numbers into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
Review current processes and introduce smarter ways of working across supply chain logistics and stock management.
Manage and mentor a small team developing capability in data management and supply chain best practice.

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Requirements:

Live within a commutable distance to the Wellingborough site.
Proficiency with ERP systems in a manufacturing / distribution environment
Strong in data analytics and data management
Proven experience in a leadership role
