A Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer at their Wellingborough site.
The successful Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimising ERP systems reducing lead times and increasing warehouse efficiency at their Wellingborough facility.
The Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be proficient with ERP systems within a Manufacturing environment ideally in a role that focuses on supply chain / data management.
Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Package:
- Up to 60000 basic salary

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive the move towards automated ordering and replenishment processes cutting lead times and minimising staff intervention.
- Oversee the integrity of ERP data ensuring consistency and reliability across all departments.
- Roll out Microsoft 365 across the UK operations embedding best practice in everyday workflows.
- Deliver analysis of sales stock and production data turning numbers into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
- Review current processes and introduce smarter ways of working across supply chain logistics and stock management.
- Manage and mentor a small team developing capability in data management and supply chain best practice.
Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager Requirements:
- Live within a commutable distance to the Wellingborough site.
- Proficiency with ERP systems in a manufacturing / distribution environment
- Strong in data analytics and data management
- Proven experience in a leadership role
