ð About the Role
Were seeking a friendly organized and detail-oriented Phlebotomist whos passionate about patient care and supporting providers throughout the clinic visit.
In this role youll:
Greet and escort patients to exam rooms
Record vital information and collect patient histories
Prepare and restock exam rooms
Draw blood and assist with documentation and orders
Help maintain smooth efficient clinic operationsensuring every patient receives timely safe and high-quality care.

General Summary
ð¹ Essential Functions
Escort patients from the waiting area to the exam room verifying name DOB and exam details
Record chief complaint symptoms and relevant history in EMR
Interview patients to collect medical surgical and social history medications and allergies
Obtain patient vitals including height and weight
Pull up charts and diagnostic studies on exam room computers
Ensure proper room setup based on provider preferences
Clean and restock exam rooms after each clinic session
Draw up injections as needed
Enter and manage orders in EMR and PACS systems
Perform additional clerical and clinical duties as assigned
â Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
Strong understanding of EHR and PACS systems
Ability to multitask stay organized and deliver an exceptional patient experience
Detail-oriented dependable and committed to maintaining confidentiality
