The Associate Proposals Specialist is responsible for internal document management within the Proposals department.

This position reports to the Manager Proposals and is part of the Proposals team located in Fargo North Dakota and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the accurate and timely drafting of custom manufacturing documentation and related materials under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in internal team discussions to gather inputs for the front-end business process and assist in preparing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completion of supporting documents required for manufacturing workflows.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong foundational knowledge in immunology cell biology molecular biology and protein biochemistry
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office CRM)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field and 0 years of relevant experience; or an Associate degree in a scientific field and 2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
