Job Summary

Are you a go-getter with excellent customer service experience Join our growing Loans team as a Bank Support Analyst! In this role youll be the first point of contact for Loan service inquiries resolving customer issues quickly and accurately while ensuring satisfaction and promoting loyalty.

Location: Remote (Candidates in Paducah KY strongly considered)
Work Hours:11:00 AM8:00 PM CST
Travel Required:No

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and web-based support portal.

  • Manage and resolve issues from a work queue; escalate complex cases as needed.

  • Research and troubleshoot customer issues to find effective resolutions.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Loan application functionality and ancillary products.

  • Communicate customer concerns to appropriate internal departments.

  • Continuously learn CSI products to meet departmental goals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in loan processing or support.

  • Experience with secondary market loans and dealer loans preferred.

  • Familiarity with CSI Core NuPoint and Loans (LNS) highly regarded.

  • Experience with ancillary products such as:

    • RMS (Risk Management System)

    • CVS (Collateral Valuation System)

    • NET (NuPoint Exception Tracking)

  • Banking experience preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent education/training (2-year college or trade school).
