Description
*Hourly wages base pay of $16-$18/hr Tips ($5 - $7/hr).
Hours are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm Cleaning and restocking
Daily duties will include inventory and ordering personnel management portion control food expediting general cleaning prep lists daily prep for lunch and dinner service.
Must be able to open and set up the kitchen for service.
Reheat soups and sauces cook breakfast set up lines with cutting boards and utensils stock breads set up egg stations etc.
There will be a lot of prep that requires a knife. You should have your own kit.
Create specials maintain kitchen standards of cleanliness and food saftey. This is a working chef position. You will be required to work on the line.

Requirements/Responsibilities
2 yr minimum sous chef/kitchen manager/supervisory experience
or - 5 years experience having worked all stations in a kitchen
Sauté broiler pantry sanitation and knife skills are musts!
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and hard working
Available to work nights weekends and all holidays.
Punctuality
Ability to work well in a team environment &
Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen
