We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Communications Team. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on managing and streamlining communication with our families. Youll play a key part in ensuring that every message call and request is handled with care clarity and efficiencykeeping our patient experience smooth and stress-free.

The ideal candidate is professional organized and confident in handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communications. They are deeply committed to delivering excellent service maintaining accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping and making each interaction meaningfuleven behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities

• Director of First Impressions Making a great impression as first point of contact
• Verifying all patient forms are up to date
• Maintaining Schedules for the dentists and hygienists including scheduling to meet goals and filling last minute cancellations
• Helping patients with their scheduling needs
• Scheduling new patients and collecting all necessary information
• Corresponding with patients via text email and phone
• Scanning documents and attaching to patient charts

What We Need From You (Skills)

• Good organization and communication skills
• Professional demeanor on the phone and in person
• Proficiency with Excel Word and Power Point
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures isrequired
• Willingness to learn and to cross train with other business positions
• Ability to read in write in English
• A minimum of 2 years related experience in a dental office
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual is a bonus
