We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Communications Team. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on managing and streamlining communication with our families. Youll play a key part in ensuring that every message call and request is handled with care clarity and efficiencykeeping our patient experience smooth and stress-free.
The ideal candidate is professional organized and confident in handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communications. They are deeply committed to delivering excellent service maintaining accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping and making each interaction meaningfuleven behind the scenes.
Job Responsibilities
- Director of First Impressions Making a great impression as first point of contact
- Verifying all patient forms are up to date
- Maintaining Schedules for the dentists and hygienists including scheduling to meet goals and filling last minute cancellations
- Helping patients with their scheduling needs
- Scheduling new patients and collecting all necessary information
- Corresponding with patients via text email and phone
- Scanning documents and attaching to patient charts
What We Need From You (Skills)
- Good organization and communication skills
- Professional demeanor on the phone and in person
- Proficiency with Excel Word and Power Point
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures isrequired
- Willingness to learn and to cross train with other business positions
- Ability to read in write in English
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in a dental office
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is a bonus
