About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience. This is a long-term stable role offering career growth structured training and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
Provide support to customers primarily via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle inquiries
Ensure high-quality service and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Participate in regular team meetings coaching sessions and engagement activities.
