Job Summary
Foreground is partnering with a leading retailer in Riyadh to appoint a Senior Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of the brand. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced design leader to make a significant impact across high-visibility campaigns catalogs and both indoor and outdoor marketing initiatives.
Duties:
- Lead creative strategy and execution for diverse marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
- Elevate brand presence through innovative design for print digital and environmental graphics
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling visual stories
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality consistency and originality
- Stay ahead of design trends and introduce fresh ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the retail sector
- Mentor and inspire fellow designers by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design including proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in retail campaigns catalogs and advertising (indoor/outdoor)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- A passion for creativity innovation and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
