Role Overview
We are looking for a French Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone email and chat providing guidance solving problems and ensuring a world-class user experience. This is your chance to represent leading global brands while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic support to French-speaking customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues.

Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Adhere to brand-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
Requirements

Native or near-native level of French.
-
Good command of English (B2).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rotating-shift environment.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Important: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in Greece.
